Wiki Documentation

Each of our products has a wiki documentation page which has product prerequisites, release notes, install instructions, and product specific configuration options. Please review the wiki for your product to begin troubleshooting and learning how to get the best out of your product. If for any reason you feel the instructions are not adequate please get in touch and we will be happy to clarify and update our wiki pages.

Support Forums

The support forums are intended to be used as a knowledge base and a secondary resource for our customer community and fellow developers to discuss special setup instructions or unique cases and sharing best practice from our customers who tend to know our products more as they use them day-to-day. You must be a registered member and currently logged in to participate in the forum discussions. Click here to register.

We do encourage you to review and post in our forums. There is a great chance that the issue you have some has had it before and they had it resolved and still have a record of it on our forum with a clear way of how they fixed their problem. So I will strongly recommend that you search our forums for similar problems before you create a new thread. Our customer communities are active and often very helpful. We monitor the forums during regular business and will try to get timely responses to your questions as soon as possible.

Issue Tracking

As we work with you to troubleshoot, enhance, or discuss our products with you, we want to make sure your feedback is incorporated into our product development cycle. We also want to be transparent with the customer community about known issues and the planned product road map.

Our issue tracking software (BugNET) found at support.ivevane.com gives you our customer and us the developers a tool to document the following.

  • Bugs: the product does not work as designed
  • Enhancements: suggestions for improvements and changes to existing functionality
  • New Features: suggestions for additional functionality to our products
